The different Murzan Unloading Systems are each built specifically to unload the standard industry containers: the 5 gallon bucket, the 55 gallon drum, and the 300 gallon tote.
THE
CBTU
The Chicken Breast Transfer Unit (CBTU) is the only sanitary pump built specifically for the transfer of poultry products. The high capacity check valves deliver high flow rates while maintaining the integrity of the poultry products such as chicken tenders, fillets and disjointed wings. The CBTU can additionally be equipped with a custom sanitary hopper.

BUS
The Murzan BUS (Bucket Unloading System) is specifically designed to rapidly unload 5 gallon buckets. The BUS is supplied with pop-up casters for ease of portability, as well as a removable roller conveyor to aid the operator when loading buckets into position by hand.

There’s simply no better drum unloader out there. The Murzan DUS (Drum Unloading System) directs the full pumping power of the PI-50 pump into our unique follower plate design to fully unload even the most viscous products from your metal, plastic or fiber 55 gallon drums.

The Murzan AB-70 Pneumatic Suction Wand Unloading System is designed for quick, easy and ergonomic unloading of 55 gallon drum pallets and 300 gallon totes. By eliminating direct contact with wetted surfaces, the AB-70 sanitary unloading system eliminates any potential for cross contamination.

The Murzan AB-80 Pneumatic Suction Wand Unloading System is designed for quick, easy and ergonomic unloading of 55 gallon drums via the drum bung hole. By eliminating direct contact with wetted surfaces, the AB-80 sanitary unloading system eliminates any potential for cross contamination.

Curved containers don’t scare us. The Murzan KUS (Kettle Unloading System) can unload any shape or size industrial kettle or mixing bowl. Our unique contoured follower plate design will ensure the complete evacuation of your product no matter the shape of your bowl or kettle.

Unload 300 gallons with the push of a button. The Murzan TUS (Tote Unloading System) includes a NEMA 4X Stainless Steel Panel, Allen Bradley Micrologix 1400 and an HMI touchscreen. All operational sequences are programmed into the PLC for easy operation of the unit.

ABDT
The ADBT is built for speed. The Murzan ABDT High Capacity Drum/Tote Unloading System is specifically designed to rapidly unload your product out of 55 gallon drum pallets. The Murzan ABDT uses an Allen Bradley Micrologix 1500 with an HMI touchscreen for easy learning and operation of the unit.
